Gym & me
I have found a another side of my life recently.
Now it has become habit. At least twice of the week i am going to gym.
Actually i found of being healthy. I have done a bood test for cholesterol found out 220.
So that day , the idea of gum is occupied in my mind and now my HDL level is higher than those days.
At gym, i am doing my exercises by heart.

Very good.. Try aerobics two times a week at home. So you get 4days exercise per week :)
