Birthday
I turned out to 42 on yesterday.
It is shakey that i am in a decending curve.
In the same time , i am thinking how many people who is older than me, i am meeting.
So nothing to worry :)

hey macho.. my view is different.. many ppl don't like this.. but i think that we would die anytime.. so, no point of thinking much about the age.... just live the time that life allow as simple wioth healthy food and good exercises.
diying is not a problem. But being at old age is not that easy. I thinks it is natural.
